— TL;DR —

DrinkCam 採全本機 LAN 架構：影像與聲音只在現場 Wi-Fi 內傳輸到主辦單位的 Mac， 不上傳雲端、不錄存、不收集姓名／電話／email。活動結束服務自動關閉， 所有畫面隨 session 消失。

1. 我們是誰

本政策由 GueStars（旗下產品包含 DrinkCam）發行。 所有問題請寄至 hello@guestars.app。

2. 我們收集什麼資訊

2.1 不會收集的

  • 姓名、電話、email、身分證或任何個資
  • 位置資訊（GPS）
  • 聯絡人、相簿、檔案系統
  • 裝置 ID、廣告 ID、追蹤識別碼
  • 使用行為分析（無 Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics 等）
  • Cookie、跨網站追蹤

2.2 暫時取用的（僅在活動進行中）

📷 相機

用於將現場畫面即時推流至主辦單位 Mac，再投到大螢幕。影像不錄存、不寫入本機相簿， 關閉 app 或離開 Wi-Fi 後即終止。

🎤 麥克風

婚禮場景預設關閉。僅當主辦單位於 Director 端開啟時才取用聲音，用途同上：即時推流，不錄存。

🖼️ 相簿（寫入權限）

選用功能 — 若你在 app 內點「儲存精彩片段」，僅將該段片段寫入你自己的 iPhone 相簿。 我們不讀取你既有的相簿內容。

3. 資料怎麼傳輸與儲存

  • 傳輸範圍：影像/聲音封包僅透過現場 Wi-Fi 路由器在你的 iPhone 與主辦單位 Mac 之間直連（WebRTC over LAN）。
  • 不經雲端：封包不會路由到 AWS、Google、Apple、GueStars 或任何外部伺服器。
  • 不錄存：Mac 端 DrinkCam 不寫檔，影像隨直播 session 消失。
  • 加密：LAN 內透過 DTLS-SRTP（WebRTC 標準）端對端加密。

4. 第三方服務

DrinkCam app 內未整合任何第三方分析或廣告 SDK。 唯一的依賴是 Google ML Kit（離線版，僅用於掃 QR Code 加入直播； ML Kit 在裝置本機運算，不傳資料到 Google）。

5. 兒童隱私

DrinkCam 設計給婚禮、企業活動等成人場合的工作人員與賓客使用， 非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。我們不會明知而收集兒童個資。

6. 你的權利

  • 拒絕授權：你可在 iOS 設定 → DrinkCam → 關閉相機／麥克風權限。 app 仍可開啟但無法推流。
  • 刪除 app：移除 app 即清除本機 cache 與所有設定。
  • 查詢／申訴：因本服務不收集個資，無資料可查詢；如有疑問請寄 hello@guestars.app。

若本政策有重大變更，我們會在本頁更新「最後更新日期」， 並透過 app 內通知或 guestars.app 公告。

Privacy Policy

— TL;DR —

DrinkCam uses a fully local LAN architecture. Video and audio are transmitted only over the venue's Wi-Fi to the organizer's Mac. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud, recorded, or linked to personal identifiers (no name, phone, or email). All sessions end automatically when the event closes; no media persists afterward.

1. Who We Are

This policy is issued by GueStars (publisher of DrinkCam). Questions: hello@guestars.app.

2. What We Collect

2.1 What We Do NOT Collect

  • Name, phone, email, government ID, or any personal data
  • Location data (GPS)
  • Contacts, photo library content, file system
  • Device IDs, advertising IDs, tracking identifiers
  • Usage analytics (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
  • Cookies or cross-site tracking

2.2 Temporarily Accessed (Only During Active Sessions)

📷 Camera

Used to stream the live scene to the organizer's Mac and onto the main screen. Video is not recorded or written to your photo library. Stream ends the moment you close the app or leave the Wi-Fi.

🎤 Microphone

Off by default for wedding scenarios. Audio is accessed only when the organizer explicitly enables it in the Director console. Same usage as camera: live streaming, no recording.

🖼️ Photo Library (Write-only)

Optional. If you tap "Save Highlight Clip" inside the app, that clip is written to your own iPhone Photos. We do not read your existing photo library.

3. How Data Is Transmitted and Stored

  • Scope: Video/audio packets travel via the venue's Wi-Fi router directly between your iPhone and the organizer's Mac (WebRTC over LAN).
  • No cloud routing: Packets do not transit AWS, Google, Apple, GueStars, or any external server.
  • No retention: The Mac-side DrinkCam does not write files; video disappears with the session.
  • Encryption: End-to-end DTLS-SRTP (the WebRTC standard) over LAN.

4. Third-Party Services

DrinkCam integrates no third-party analytics or ad SDKs. The only dependency is Google ML Kit (offline build, used solely for QR scanning at join time). ML Kit runs on-device and does not transmit data to Google.

5. Children's Privacy

DrinkCam is designed for adult contexts (weddings, corporate events) and staff/guests attending them. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Your Rights

  • Revoke permissions: iOS Settings → DrinkCam → toggle off Camera / Microphone. The app still launches but cannot stream.
  • Delete the app: Uninstalling removes all local caches and settings.
  • Inquiries / complaints: Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to look up. For any questions, please write to hello@guestars.app.
